I love being Irish!

I love St. Patrick's Day and have read many books on the history of him and this day. I love anything that has to do with Irish/Ireland and hope to actually visit it one day. My mom used to fix us green eggs, pancakes, orange juice and anything else she could dye green for breakfast, and I'm proudly carrying on the tradition! I'll be posting more "Irish" posts today, so continue to check back!
