In the Pink

Can you tell I've been busy? 2 posts in one day! Wow.. I'd better slow myself down!

Today's second post is for Angel's 31 Days of Angelosity! Sketch #21 was fun! (I don't think I haven't had fun with one of her sketches yet!!!) I had a pregnant moment and ended up doing the card standard size instead of long like Angels... hope it still qualifies!!!

After using Sugar & Spice with a previous sketch, I decided to give it more ink time. I thought the little girls would be perfect in the spotlight oval. Angel did a card with Pixie Pink a while ago and I loved the colors combo with Black and White, so I had to copy it! So, those are the colors used: Pixie Pink, Basic Black and White. Hot Pink and Black wide Organdy Ribbon tied to a Hodgepodge Hardware piece. I tried to balance out the big blank empty spot and I think the Pink flower corner did a good job! I definately have to give this set more ink time! We have been through many changes in SU! and yet it is still one of my favorites! (This was my very FIRST SU! stamp set!!!)

So, now I'm off to help plan a baby shower... and then hopefully to stamp some more this afternoon!!! Will the fun ever end? (I'm sure it will now that I've said that!)
